To give you some help, there are in total 4 open hand sets and 1 original wepon set and long pole form. An please excuse my spelling, Si Num Tao, Chum Cu, Bui Gi and the mook Form those are the hand sets. Then there is Bat Cham Do the swords, and long Pole. An I have learned in secret that the two weapon forms can also be used open handed. You could learn the forms in a short time but the real challenge is learning to apply them in application. An trust me weather it is WC or WT it does not matter it is on top of the food chain. If you see it an action it is not flowery but very effective. So to give you an answer its been in my experience that you should not line them up and just memorise them but study and learn the applications with time under a Sifu.
Please do not just pick up the forms and say you know Wing Chun, because if some one calls you out
you are not only defending your self you are representing the system that is known for fighters so use discretion.
